Customer News and Reviews

Jonathan Manton

jon_manton_1We love sharing our customer stories and Jon has been an avid ECB supporter since mounting a Big Tube® Bullbar on his Nissan X-Trail. He recently started a West Australian Nissan X-Trail Club and members have just experienced their first camping weekend!

After Departing Perth on the Friday after lunch, Jon, Marcus (both fitted with ECB bars) and the crew, hit the road with youthful enthusiasm, looking forward to the weekend ahead. Amazed by the Indian Ocean Drive, boasting that magnificent coastline with sparkling turquoise waters and bright white sand dunes, the journey proved to be short and pleasant for the crew.jon_manton_9

jon_manton_2First fuel stop at Jurien Bay, followed by the trip north to Sandy Cape Recreational Park, where campsites are roomy and the caretaker serves great coffee and tasty food from his mobile van.

Heading South towards North Head, in search of a campsite the crew finally found one with amazing views and big enough to cater for everyone. The little convoy stay in touch via UHF and it’s not all guys. Tania and Jody are part of the crew and love the adventures as much as the boys. Waking up to a stunning bright blue skies and the sound of the waves breaking onto the beach – who wouldn’t.

jon_manton_8Sandy Cape Road, Greenhead, Coorow-Greenhead Road, Cockleshell Gully Road, Stockyard Gully Caves and all the way to Lake Indoon, which was full of water, with people camping and water skiing. Great to see a camp facility taking off again after the dry spell and people getting out enjoying 4 wheel driving and amazing Australia.

Steel Or Alloy

Choose ECB Alloy, when only the best will do.

Over the last week we have had a number of customers call or write to us with their stories, living, working and driving experiences in Regional and particularly Outback Australia. Driving in these mostly peaceful and often stunning areas are not always without challenges. Wildlife and truant farm animals pose a serious risk for many travelers, including those doing the big Aussie road trip.

Many of these collisions could possibly fatal if adequate preparations and forethought have not been made. Russell Riordan and Zac Williams have both recently posted comments and messages on our Facebook page, being very thankful for East Coast Bullbars vehicle protection. Read their comments, check out the images and give serious consideration to an ECB Bullbar over the heavier option of steel – It really DOES stack up!

Did you want proof that an ECB ALLOY BULLBAR is stronger than steel? Read the full story.
