Here at East Coast Bullbars we would like to introduce to you our new OPERATIONS MANAGER – ADAM McINNES, who has played an integral role in assisting us to catch up on back orders and get back on track over the last few months.

Local to the Redcliffe peninsula for the past 20 years Adam settled here after embarking on a working holiday across the eastern states with his NZ born wife.

Adam is heavily involved in the local community and youth development with the Redcliffe Sea Snakes Junior Rugby Union Club where he coaches up and coming stars of the under 14’s. He also admits to reliving his youth every so often by throwing the boots on with the Demons, Veterans Rugby Union, club, (though he claims his best years on the field are yet to be seen).

Adam has two children who both are high achievers in the class room, and are proudly following in Dads footsteps on the sports field with both representing Redcliffe and Sunshine Coast in their respective sports ( Rugby Union and Netball).

Adam joins us with extensive skills and experience in transforming operations through Process Improvements, Compliance and developing high performance teams. He joins ECB after a lengthy tenure of 20 years with Wesfarmers Kleenheat Gas where he worked his way from the production floor through to supervisor’s roles and then into QLD Facility Manager and providing relief National Manager roles. Adam then stepped up as the National Process Improvement manager, where he was tasked with aligning and improving national operational processes across the four major production facilities located in Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide.

After a short break away from Wesfarmers Kleenheat, Adam joined BLA (Mercury Australia) where he assisted in the business migration and the restructure of Australian and New Zealand Operations.

Passionate about operational compliance, including improving operational efficiencies, promoting standardisation and developing high performance teams, Adam is looking forward to the challenges ahead, enhancing ECB’s reputation as “World’s Best BullBar” manufacturer.

Great to have him on board.

Come see us at the Melbourne Showgrounds from 19th to 21st August 2016, where we will have lots of new products to show off and the crew will be able to answer all of your questions.
